Qualification (as on 01 March 2026)
- Graduate from a recognized university.
- The university/institute should be recognized/approved by Government or Government bodies (AICTE, UGC, etc.).
- Only a diploma course will NOT be considered eligible.
- Candidate must possess valid semester-wise or consolidated mark sheets and degree/provisional degree certificate dated on or before 01 March 2026.
- Computer Literacy mandatory: Operating and working knowledge of computer—Certificate/Diploma/Degree in computer operations/language OR having studied Computer/IT as a subject in High School/College/Institute.
- Desirable: Professional qualifications like CMA, CFA, ICWA, CA, JAIIB, CAIIB, etc.
Work Experience (Mandatory)
- Minimum 2 years of post-qualification work experience in any Scheduled Public Sector Bank/Private Sector Bank/Cooperative Bank/Regional Rural Bank.
- Candidates with experience in Branch Banking/Operations/Retail Assets/Credit/Sales/Third-party products shall be preferred.
- Only full-time experience as a permanent employee after acquiring qualification will be considered.
- Contractual employee experience NOT eligible.
- Experience below 6 months in any organization will not be reckoned.
- Experience through outsourcing vendor, KPO/BPO/IT support, third-party payrolls, or on contract shall NOT be considered.
