Vacancy Details

The recruitment includes a total of 775 vacancies, distributed as follows:

• General Vacancies – 700 Posts
• Kalyana Karnataka Vacancies – 50 Posts
• Backlog Vacancies – 25 Posts

Educational Qualification

Applicants must have:

• Passed SSLC (10th Standard) from the Karnataka State Board or an equivalent qualification.
• Candidates who completed CBSE, ICSE, NIOS, or any recognized State Board 10th examination are also eligible.
• Candidates awaiting their SSLC results are not eligible to apply.

Age Limit

Applicants should be at least 18 years old.

Maximum age limit:

• General Category – 30 Years
• Category 2A, 2B, 3A & 3B – 32 Years
• SC/ST & Category-1 – 33 Years

Additional age relaxation is available for:

• Ex-servicemen
• Forest Volunteers
• Other categories as per Karnataka Government rules.

Salary

Selected candidates will receive an attractive government pay scale.

Pay Scale:

₹27,500 – ₹46,675 per month

Along with the salary, employees may also receive government allowances and other admissible benefits.

Physical Standards

Height Requirement

Male Candidates: Minimum 163 cm

Female Candidates: Minimum 150 cm

Relaxation is applicable for eligible tribal candidates as per government rules.

Physical Endurance Test

Male Candidates

• 1600-meter run in 7 minutes

Female & Ex-servicemen

• 1000-meter run in 6 minutes

Candidates must also qualify in at least three out of five physical efficiency events.
